I will include 2 new or focused changes
This week I will focus on really getting my calories down and getting 10.000 Steps per Day.
I will also find out this week, what tests are useful for me right now.
I am in external location for training, so I wont have access to a good gym setup. I will just try to make some bodyweight and resistance band exercises and double down on steps and Cardio.
The Hotel Breakfast and Training provided lunches are a challenge. My breakfast ballooned from a 150 kcal Protein Shake to a 1000 kcal varied breakfast.
This cost me one day of caloric compliance
